Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy don’t seem to be slowing down with the Anthropoid promotion any time soon. The pair are set to attend the Audi Dublin International Film Festival in Cineworld, Dublin for a screening of Anthropoid on August 31st, 2016.

The pair, alongside director Sean Ellis, have been on a cyclonic promotional spree for the movie which included a trip to NY in early August, the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, which took place in July and sporadic stops to various radio, television and internet outlets, all to advocate for the film.

The film has been acclaimed as one of the greatest war movies of all time and has surpassed expectations at the box office grossing more than two million since its August 12th, 2016 release. Bleecker Street, the films distributor, has also notified the public that more global destinations have been added to the films release however, many fans of Dornan and Murphy’s are still clinging to their seats, anticipating whether or not their country will in fact be privy to the film.

Either way, it looks like the fandoms are gearing up to have quite an exciting end to August!

JAMIE AND CILLIAN

Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy have been on a whirl-wind press tour for their hugely successful film, Anthropoid which hit theaters August 12th, 2016. And it looks like they’re not stopping any time soon. The pair are set to appear on RTE’s Late Late Show hosted by Ryan Tubridy. The show is set to be taped on August 31st, 2016 with no set air date as of yet. We’ve done some sleuthing though; the show airs every Friday night, so we’re speculating that the episode will either air September 2nd or September 9th, 2016. The show is taped in Dublin and will most likely air during the day for those of us across the pond.

We’ve placed an e-mail with the show and asked for an anticipated air date, so be sure you’re checking the site for updates.

PUTTING TIME

Alfred Dunhill Links confirmed this morning that our favourite Best, Bad Golfer would be returning to the Pro-Amateur course this year. Dornan will join the likes of many professional and amateur/celebrity golfers at this years tournament which takes place October 6th through 9th, 2016. 

This will be Dornan’s third year attending the Pro-Am as he previously did in October of 2014 and 2015. We don’t know many specifics, including who Dornan’s partner will be but we’re excited to see him back on the green regardless.

The ‘Anthropoid’ star was in New York this pas weekend to support the upcoming film in which he plays an assassin. Alongside co-star Cillian Murphy and director Sean Ellis, they embarked on a strenuous press tour which featured talk shows, premiers, late night appearances and online interviews. Outlets included AOL Build, Live! with Kelly, Huffington Post and Good Morning America, to name a few. The tour also offered exclusive clips of the movie, unfamiliar to the fans.

JAMIE BEGINS NORTH AMERICAN LEG OF ANTHROPOID PRESS TOUR

On August 3rd, 2016 Jamie landed in NY to commence the North American leg of the Anthropoid Press tour. The star landed at JFK International after making the lengthy flight from the UK. The star looked refreshed and ready to embark on a what would be a strenuous schedule of appearances to promote his upcoming WWII Nazi thriller, Anthropoid. Dressed in casual clothes including a signature white-tee, backpack and glasses, favourites among his fans, and Nike runners, Jamie greeted fans at the airport and even stopped to take photos and sign autographs.
