Set in the countryside of Northern Ireland in 1885, Liam Ward (Jamie Dornan) helps a spontaneous Beth Winters (Ann Skelly), struggling with to control her destiny, escape a restricted life and troublesome relationship with her landowner stepfather (Matthew Rhys) on her 25th birthday.

Written by author Eugene McCabe, it is set to become a BBC mini-series, based on the 1992 novel by the same name.

The film premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival in April.

After months of speculation, it’s finally been confirmed that Jamie and wife Amelia are expecting their second child! *Insert screams of excitement here* And we couldn’t be happier for them. For months it’s been speculated that Amelia was pregnant after sporting what looked like a baby bump while vacationing in Ibiza earlier this summer, though nothing was ever publicly announced. And didn’t she look amazing?! Pregnancy most definitely suits her and we couldn’t be happier for the couple. Could you imagine – a little Jamie running around playing with older sister D?! We’re sending lots of love and prayers to Jamie and Amelia for a safe pregnancy.
