After months of speculation, it’s finally been confirmed that Jamie and wife Amelia are expecting their second child! *Insert screams of excitement here* And we couldn’t be happier for them. For months it’s been speculated that Amelia was pregnant after sporting what looked like a baby bump while vacationing in Ibiza earlier this summer, though nothing was ever publicly announced. And didn’t she look amazing?! Pregnancy most definitely suits her and we couldn’t be happier for the couple. Could you imagine – a little Jamie running around playing with older sister D?! We’re sending lots of love and prayers to Jamie and Amelia for a safe pregnancy.

Talk about a tease! New pictures of the Fall: Season 3 script and a few other teasers have begun making their way around social media. The script for episode one was released via Gerard McCarthy on Twitter. Among other pictures, this teaser was also tweeted by Ryan Marshall, surely creating even more suspense for Jamie and The Fall fans alike. Season 3 is slated to begin filming at the end of November/early December.

I think it’s safe to say that Jamie fans were not at all pleased to learn that the Irish hunk was not crowned People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive 2015. And by rights we should be. The magazine along with fellow SMA announcer Jimmy Kimmel, tweeted several times during the past week, a promotional picture for the event featuring a silhouette of Dornan. Naturally, we all thought that this was a sign that Jamie was in fact the recipient of the 2015 accolade. So, we all set our alarms to either wake up late or extremely early just to catch the news on Kimmel. We were shocked, to say the least, when it was David Beckham who was announced as 2015’s SMA. Not that Becks doesn’t deserve it – just don’t elude us next time, People.
To compensate for making us (clearly) feel betrayed, @KatePeople tweeted us a picture of Jamie with the caption “To #JamieDornan fans mad he’s not THE #SexiestManAlive: just bc he’s not on the cover doesn’t mean he’s not inside!” Thanks Kate! (We still feel cheated though.)
The insert also includes a quote from Jamie, speaking on behalf of his role as Christian Grey in the very steamy Fifty Shades Of Grey and what he himself expects of the character going forward. Dornan said “I’m looking forward to embodying Christian again – and getting a chance to show more of him!” Swoon indeed.
Jamie isn’t the type of guy who would sulk over the loss of an accolade such as the SMA – and we know this. But it’s still a little discouraging to use his picture for a promotional poster, thinking that Dornan fans wouldn’t notice. Because we clearly did.
