Although sources are unconfirmed, it&#8217;s speculated that Dornan&#8217;s character is actually a portrayal of the films director,<\/strong> <em>Sacha Gervasi,<\/em> <strong>who did in fact conduct Villechaize&#8217;s last known interview.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The film has been in the making for more than a decade, while Dinklage signed on for the role more than two years ago. Written by Gervasi and based on a story by Sean Macaulay, the story will also be produced by Dinklage and Gervasi. <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nThe plot is set in Los Angeles and will most likely film there from June through August 2017. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Herv\u00e9<\/em> <strong>committed suicide in 1993 after complications he had long suffered by having normal-sized internal organs in comparison to his much smaller body.
