Thanks to @50ShadesGirlPDX we can FINALLY confirm filming dates for Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed.

“According to a new listing on the DIRECTORS GUILD OF CANADA WEBSITE, ‘The Further Adventures of Max and Banks 2&3′ (Code for Fifty Shades Darker/Freed) will begin production in Vancouver, BC, Canada on February 9th, 2016 and wrap up on July 12th, 2016. Production includes James Foley as director.  This is a industry production website for Canada and should be reliable, however starting production can be different than starting the actual filming.”

Thanks so much to @50ShadesGirlPDX for the info!

Fifty Shades will be airing on HBO tonight at 8pm! Don’t miss out!

I think it’s safe to say that Jamie fans were not at all pleased to learn that the Irish hunk was not crowned People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive 2015. And by rights we should be. The magazine along with fellow SMA announcer Jimmy Kimmel, tweeted several times during the past week, a promotional picture  for the event featuring a silhouette of Dornan. Naturally, we all thought that this was a sign that Jamie was in fact the recipient of the 2015 accolade. So, we all set our alarms to either wake up late or extremely early just to catch the news on Kimmel. We were shocked, to say the least, when it was David Beckham who was announced as 2015’s SMA. Not that Becks doesn’t deserve it – just don’t elude us next time, People.

To compensate for making us (clearly) feel betrayed, @KatePeople tweeted us a picture of Jamie with the caption “To #JamieDornan fans mad he’s not THE #SexiestManAlive: just bc he’s not on the cover doesn’t mean he’s not inside!”  Thanks Kate! (We still feel cheated though.)

The insert also includes a quote from Jamie, speaking on behalf of his role as Christian Grey in the very steamy Fifty Shades Of Grey and what he himself expects of the character going forward. Dornan said “I’m looking forward to embodying Christian again – and getting a chance to show more of him!” Swoon indeed.

Jamie isn’t the type of guy who would sulk over the loss of an accolade such as the SMA – and we know this. But it’s still a little discouraging to use his picture for a promotional poster, thinking that Dornan fans wouldn’t notice. Because we clearly did.

People’s SMA 2015 issue is set to release on Friday November 20th, 2015 – We will have HQ scans up for you in no time, so keep checking in!

And it just keeps getting better – Fifty Shades of Grey has been voted #1 in People Magazine’s Sexiest Moments of 2015, as it should. The magazine revealed their top picks via their Snapchat, and we couldn’t agree more. Literally. With this news now official, Jamie Dornan fans are convinced that Dornan will be crowned People’s Sexiest Man Alive 2015 – and how can he not be?! With the success of Fifty Shades, Dornan has exploded on the screen over the past year and men and women alike have definitely caught Jamie fever. Jimmy Kimmel reveals the winner of People’s SMA 2015 tonight at 11:35pm EST where he will interview this years recipient.

IT’S OFFICIAL: FIFTY SHADES DARKER AND FIFTY SHADES FREED WILL BE FILMED BACK TO BACK.

With the news breaking only hours ago, Fifty Shades, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson fans have legitimately lost it.

The news broke via multiple sources with author of the series E L James retweeing various outlets. Both Dornan and Johnson are confirmed to reprise their roles as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, although no new cast members have been announced.

Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti also reprise their roles as producers alongside author E L James, while Niall Leonard has written both scripts to both movies. We also have a new director as James Foley has graciously accepted the role to the hotly anticipated sequels.

2016 is setting up to be a great year, busy as it may. Dornan has been busy shooting various movies including Anthropoid and Jadotville and also begins shooting the third and final season of The Fall in late November/early December 2015, while Johnson has been busy touring the world for various movie, makeup and fashion campaigns.
